MTC

Well first off a letter is on its way. And with that, I have no clue what I wrote. So I guess I'll try to remember things. No I haven't been tortured. In fact if anyone is doing the torturing its me. I was called by Pres. McMullin (our Branch Pres.) to be the DL. I'm the youngest in our district as well. I don't think I've ever really had a leadership position that I've had to be actively engaged in. I have never prayed so much in my life :) But it is soo awesome to just kneel down and ask Heavenly Father how I can better serve those in the district. I have been asked to participate in two blessings from sisters in the district, which I was super happy that they felt I should stand in on the blessings. I was able to teach E. Johnson how to anoint. That was a really awesome experience. Thank you dad for taking me with you to assist in blessings. And thank Bro. Gould for the opportunity to bless little boy Rhodes. I don't remember his name :) So in our branch when we arrived there were 3 districts, now one has left, and 3 arrived yesterday. So we now have 5 districts and 60 missionaries. Its awesome! And Tuesday we will be leaving!!! It has come so fast. I feel like I just got here and now I have to start packing again. Well kind of.... I'm just living out of my suitcase because I figured I would be leaving soon enough, that it didn't matter. I'm so thankful for all my teachers! Bro. Stapley and Sis. Reddish are fantastic! They have so many amazing experiences they share, and awesome insight on how to better meet the needs of the inv. through the Spirit!! I love 'em. I just wanted to let y'all know how much I love this gospel, how much it has changed my life, even in just the 8 days I've been here. I cant imagine myself doing anything else other than my Heavenly Fathers work. I have a testimony that he lives, that he has a hand in everything we do. I don't believe I could fulfill my responsibility as DL without his guidance. I have come to really yearn for the spirit, I want it so badly, especially when teaching. I know I'm not the best teacher, or even decent, but I understand the role of the spirit and the importance of them feeling it. We (E. Bushman and I) have had amazing progressive investigators, and we try so desperately to bring the spirit into the lesson. I never thought I could love people I know nothing about so much! Even with the knowledge that they are actors or members themselves I have come to truly love and want the gospel to bless their lives and bring them closer to Christ. So I noticed you said Robert, Ryan, and Rand spoke. Speaking of, I saw Ryan today and hugged him, it was awesome seeing him with that name tag and the fluorescent dot revealing him as a newbie. I love him so much!!! I told you I saw Kevin Pilcher, but I haven't since, I think he might have entered the field. I'm still trying to hunt Elder Heffner down. Well I'm just about out of time. I just want to say how much I love and appreciate all of you at home. I miss you dearly but frankly I don't want to see your face, at least not for two years. I know this is where I am to be and I know the Lord has something special planned for me. I just hope I can discern that plan and do my best to make my Father in Heaven and earthly father proud. I love you guys so much. Thank you for the support. I'm going to tell you the same thing I wrote to Jenni, don't send me any pictures I want to experience the surprise factor when I get home. The Lords army is coming, they better be prepared!!!!
